Clean spacious rooms. Excellent customer service. Decent breakfast options. Nice pool. ( hot tub not working but should be soon). Convenient location with lots of dining options in walking distance.

The hotel staff was great. My husband planned for us to go on a mini vacation and called ahead to see if they could decorate the room to some extent. The hotel staff upgraded our room for free and put roses and a sign in the room for us. Breakfast was great. Very clean space!!

5-star customer service! Desmond was so helpful, professional and provided excellent customer service on the phone and at check-in. The room could use new pillows and a light scrub behind the bathroom door though. Phone needs to be updated or replaced.. just little things really (the reason for the 4-star). Overall, love the West Elm trundle bed rather than a sofa bed! Overall, room was comfortable for 5 of us after attending a concert over at Daily’s Place, about 14min drive. This hotel sits near First Watch, Millers Ale House, Wing Stop, and a ton of restaurants/fast food that are walking distance (less than a mile). Breakfast hours during the week are 6:30am-10AM too (not 9am like most places). Thank you for a great experience during our late, tired check-in, Desmond! Also, the front desk morning lady.. so welcoming, greeting everyone and making sure breakfast was on kept up with. Keep up that wonderful customer service.

Didn't plan on staying here, the other hotel messed up my reservation, so they sent me here (the other hotel paid the bill, that'll be a different review). The front desk was understand and made my night better. Got me in my room quickly. The hotel does need some updating and a few cosmetic things, but it was a comfy bed for the night. It is in a great location, near food, gas, and shopping. It was a nice detour on my trip.

I had a very pleasant experience. The customer service is commendable. I was accommodated and assisted with my situation. I had a medical procedure and needed to check in early after my procedure. I was impressed by Nicole's willingness to assist me even after my procedure. The staff very welcoming and willing to assist with anything. I gave the room a 4 because the couch in the room needs to be replaced and there's a distinct odor within the hotel. Other than that, the location is amazing and there's plenty of shopping and restaurants to choose from. I will return in the near future.

My favorite property when I come to Jacksonville. The staff is courteous and friendly, especially in the morning. I didn't experience any noise issues during the week, employees say the bar next door can get noisy on the weekends but I didn't experience that even on a Friday night. The property is in great shape, rooms do show signs of issues from moisture but are still in the best shape I've seen in the area! Their maintenance team seems to address problems before they become bigger issues. Breakfast is the same you'll get everywhere else. Did need to report that a washing machine didn't spin the water out of my clothes, the front desk offered to let me use the property driers as a remedy.

Great location if you are traveling, they took our late booking perfectly, parking is included in the price , Jasmon was friendly at check in , the lady that runs the breakfast was friendly as well.

Took my son to Jacksonville for his 10th birthday to go to K1 Speed. This hotel was about 10min away. Which was awesome. Super close to lots of places to eat, Walmart and publix. Staff was friendly. They accommodated my requests for high floor room. Extra towels and pillows was only a phone call away. The staff was super friendly and professional. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.
